At the point of device pick-up, the agent will assess the condition of the phone to confirm that it is as declared. If the condition of the phone is deemed to be lower than what was declared, the final quote offered in person may be lower than the initial offer quoted. If you’re not satisfied with the final quote, there is no obligation to accept the quote.
1. Upon submitting the Sell to Carousell form, an email will be sent to you with the summarised booking details. 2. Our customer service representative will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the details and your preferred pick-up time slot. 3. A confirmation email will be sent to you with scheduled pick-up date and time. 4. A tech agent will go to your place at the scheduled date and time to do a final inspection of the phone and confirm the final offer. 5. If the offer is accepted, the money will be transferred to you on the spot via DuitNow.
For verification purposes, our tech agent can only DuitNow the number submitted in the form. Please ensure your DuitNow number is accurate before submitting your booking. Should you need to make any changes, you will be required to cancel the existing booking and you will have to re-submit the form again with the updated DuitNow number.
